• A transferable, but non-refundable, deposit of 25% (or one-night charge for stays less than four nights) is required to book a reservation. Remaining balances are payable no later than one month before arrival except for stays booked during the Holiday period (see following).
• Holiday period: A transferable, but non-refundable deposit, of 25% (or one-night charge for stays less than four nights) is required to book a reservation during the Holiday period (arrival or departure between December 20st and January 3rd, inclusively). Remaining balances are payable no later than two months before arrival.
• Accommodations can be placed on hold for 24-hours without charge.

• Minimum three-night stay is required.
• Visa, Mastercard and Discover credit cards are accepted.
• Check-in is at 3:00pm and check-out is at noon unless otherwise arranged.
